Description:
Imagine the leaders that inspire you. Each is likely unique, with a different style they use to meet goals, motivate, and energize their teams. Are you curious as to which style of leadership you resemble most? One of the keys to being an exceptional leader is understanding your leadership style – the manner in which you impact others, the way you influence others – so you can lead with confidence, direct and support team members, and harness your leadership strengths while improving on any areas of opportunity. Having an appreciation of different leadership styles helps us identify our reaction to the many changing situations we experience every day. At first glance, we may think some leadership styles are better than others. However, all types of leadership styles can have their place in a leader’s toolkit. A wise leader knows how to flex from one style to another as a situation shifts. In this seminar we’re going to take a look at several leadership styles (with examples), so you can discover which one is the right leadership style for you, the situation, and your team.
