4. Gain exposure to the communication skills that assist us to be collaborative in managing conflict;
5. Increase awareness of strengths and challenges in dealing effectively with conflict in your life.
Objectives for Part C: Emotion in Conflict
1. Gain awareness of your own personal triggers
2. Learn to reflect on your current emotional state and assess whether you are in a state to be able to handle your emotions properly
3. Take steps to regulate your emotions to remain in control
4. Address the emotional content and resistance present in conflict and consider methods to deal effectively with this information
5. Learn how to set limits when someone crosses a personal boundary in conflict

In the dynamic landscape of today’s workplace, conflict is inevitable. How team members and organizations handle and resolve conflicts can significantly impact their success. However, the use of appropriate strategies to address issues can keep our differences from getting out of hand. In this 3 part webinar, you will be exposed to concepts and skills that will help to manage workplace conflicts more successfully.
