•  Understand what a boundary violation is and why  consequences are important
•  Understand how boundaries and consequences work in tandem; Qualities of a good consequence
•  Learn how to verbally express when boundaries have been crossed

Description:
Healthy boundaries are one of the qualities of successful relationships. Without healthy boundaries, relationships can result in feelings of resentment, disappointment, or violation. These feelings, unchecked, can lead to being cut off from others or enmeshment, where there’s no clear division between you and others’ needs and feelings. Neither of these situations is ideal or healthy. How can you help your client, or yourself, establish healthy boundaries?
